Canadian content at the Dunvegan in St Andrews

A well struck pitching wedge away from the Old Course sits the Dunvegan Hotel. This St Andrews institution is now owned by Canadians who appreciate history, golf and whisky. I visited recently with Fintan during the SGTW on his first tour of the grounds. When we veered into the establishment we ran straight into the amiable Secretary Mike MacDonald and his fired up team from Fortrose and Rosemarkie, the 15th oldest golf club in the world. I have worked with Mike and we laughed over Belhaven pints. The Dunvegan and the Old combo is worth doing once in your lifetime.
