Civilized Japanese Golf Culture

From the opening bows and two-handed presentation of business cards, I was sold on tradition. Jackets are mandatory in the clubhouse and a key is given for your own locker to change and bath. A mandatory 45 minute lunch breaks up the two nines and you will have an exceptional meal. Power carts are used and some have remote control and/or a female caddy for your foursome. Golf is fantastic in this private club atmosphere and green fees are less than expected. This is a full day, old school golf experience for civilized people with incredible Japanese service. A quick 9 holes it is not. I loved it.
