Pint outside the Jigger

“We better move back from the Road Hole” Fintan smartly stated outside the Jigger Inn. I had just taken the friendly Irishman on his first tour of the Old Course at St Andrews last week. Showed him the British Golf Museum, strolled down the first hole, walked the Himalayas, chatted with gentlemen on the Road Hole tee about hitting off mats. And Fintan then smiled to see the famous Jigger. We walked through the small confines before having a Belhaven Best pint outdoors. Next a peak at the Road Hole bunker and we made our way down the !8th and to the Rusacks. Terrific piece of land. History.
