Irish Links Golf on some of the world’s best golf courses

Jenahura has selected a number of the very best windswept Links courses in Northern Ireland to test the really keen golfer on some of the finest seaside courses in the world. “This year, we travel to Londonderry as our base for the first 7 nights, and then transfer to the famous Slieve Donard hotel for our last 3 nights where we find arguably the best links course in the world at Royal County Down. The golf will be wonderful, but no doubt we will enjoy the local hospitality as well as some fine food and drink! We’ll make a side trip to the Bushmills distillery as well as the Giants Causeway, two of the best landmarks in Ireland!”

Transferring from Belfast airport, we have arranged for a coach to take us 75 miles or so to our comfortable 4* Hotel Everglades on the outskirts of Derry. From here we have a perfect base for our daily trips to some of the most outstanding seaside golf courses anywhere in Europe. We have selected some well known names such as Royal Portrush and Portstewart as well as some lesser known gems like Ardglass and Portsalon, and we have even planned a return visit to a favourite from 3 years ago – the Glashedy course at Ballyliffin. For our final 3 nights, we move to the famous Slieve Donard Hotel at the very eastern part of Northern Ireland, where we find one of the best golf courses in the world at Royal County Down. All transfers to and from the airport and all the golf courses are in a comfortable coach for our dedicated use.
