Scanning has become the new norm and important words and connotations are missed. As a golf tour operator it is important we focus on the details of emails to ensure accuracy for our delivered golf trips. This skill will be more valued as attention span dwindles in the digital world. I think it is time we all take pride in reading and absorbing words so it eliminates confusion, misinterpretations, wasted time and most importantly, a loss of money due to oversight.
