Golf caps worn backwards on the course. Leave that for the football game.
Five-somes during regular hours.
Someone stepping on the tee first after you made birdie and you are away. Infuriating. You earned the honour!
Fiddling with cell phones. Get in the game! Take a break from technology. Eyes in the sky not into the screen. Give attention to your mates in the real world.
