How about golf at Banff Springs GC surrounded by the Rocky Mountains and a bear visit? Or, play a wonderful Japanese golf course that has two different greens on each hole with magnificent Mount Fuji as a backdrop? There are more than 2300 golf courses in each country. Japanese golf tourism is doing a much better job now marketing their great golf, incredible food, sights and more. I have had the privilege to explore Japan twice including Okinawa. In the golf band with a combined 4600+ courses offered by Canada and Japan, maybe these second fiddles should gain more of the spotlight. As Apple says, Think Different.
